These terms explain how PodiumCircle stores and shares information needed to manage academies, athletes, tournament registration, payments, weigh-ins, and results.

By creating an account, submitting an academy, registering an athlete, or otherwise using PodiumCircle, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by our data-handling practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or an athlete profile. Parents or guardians are responsible for the accounts and information of athletes under 18. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
PodiumCircle is used to collect tournament, academy, organiser, and athlete information for event operations. Users are responsible for entering accurate information and keeping contact details current.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by impersonating another person, submitting fraudulent registrations or payment receipts, interfering with tournament operations, or attempting to access accounts, academies, or tournaments you are not authorised to manage.
Submitting a registration is a request that a tournament organiser may approve or reject. Where a tournament charges a fee, payment must be made using the instructions shown at registration and a valid receipt uploaded before a registration can be approved. Refunds, if any, are governed by the individual tournament's published refund policy, not by PodiumCircle.
Athlete information may be shared with the athlete's academy, tournament organisers, referees, and authorised super admins when it is needed for registration review, payment verification, weigh-in, match operations, results, or certificates.
Academy and tournament information may be shared with authorised users so events can be reviewed, published, administered, and audited.
Uploaded photos, identity documents, payment receipts, academy logos, and tournament images are stored for operational review. Users should upload only documents they are authorised to share, and must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or belongs to someone else without permission.
PodiumCircle records consent time, approval decisions, registration decisions, weigh-in checks, and other operational actions so organisers and super admins can review what happened later.
False, incomplete, or outdated information may lead to rejected registrations, delayed approvals, disqualification, or removal from a tournament or academy roster.
The PodiumCircle name, logo, and platform design are the property of PodiumCircle. Content you upload (such as academy logos or tournament images) remains yours, but by uploading it you grant PodiumCircle a licence to display it as needed to operate the platform.
PodiumCircle may link to external sites, news, or videos for informational purposes. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
PodiumCircle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PodiumCircle and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between athletes, academies, and tournament organisers, or decisions made by organisers regarding registration, weigh-in, or results.
We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent information, or misuse the platform. You may stop using PodiumCircle and request account removal at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PodiumCircle after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
